Student Application Forms

You can download application forms here: The application form for candidates not applying for a scholarship.

All applications must be complete by submission. Only one enclosure has an extended deadline: IELTS or TOEFL test report can be submitted at the latest 14 days after deadline. Thus, it will be a good idea to make the agreement with your test centre that they will be able to provide us with the report before this date. The test reports must always by sent from the test centre in question directly to the education institution, i.e. this Secretaiat.

Once the assessment process has been concluded by primo March, all applicants will be informed on the status of their application.

Please note that we can not offer the service of returning your application documents after assessment.

Self-financed students

It is possible to be admitted, even though you are not awarded a scholarship. You will then have to cover EMFOL participatory costs yourself. If you finance your study yourself, you are allowed to study in the country of your last university degree.

The application procedure is the same as described for scholarship students, and admission is based on the same academic criteria.

EU-citizens can download the application form here. Deadline 15 July 2012.

Students from outside the European Union must contact the Erasmus Mundus Secretariat directly for further information on procedures and deadlines.

Important notice from the European Commission
